Dosage:
For easy dosing, the fiber is glued together at the production stage with glue in plaques. The glue is later dissolved in concrete liquids during the preparation of the fiber-concrete mixture without compromising the quality of this mixture. However, the complicated geometry does not allow this fiber to be introduced into the concrete mixture without clumping, therefore, the HENDIX prime XP 75/62 fiber is made glued into cassettes, which makes it possible to distribute the fiber well over the volume of the concrete mixture during mixing. For this purpose, a water-soluble adhesive of a special composition is used, including a highly effective inhibitor to prevent the formation of microbubbles of air around the fibers when the glue dissolves.
