Welded mesh for reinforced concrete structures
They are made of wire of the periodic profile BP-1 and cold-formed fittings of the periodic profile of class B500C by contact-spot welding of mutually transverse rods with each other. Notches on the rods every 2-3 mm provide better adhesion to the solution. They are used for reinforcement of brickwork, floors, floors, foundations, asphalt concrete road surfaces, sections of reinforced concrete facade fences, in plastering, monolithic housing construction, etc.
In order to reduce the metal consumption of reinforced concrete products, in agreement with the consumer, it is allowed to manufacture a grid of VR-1 wire with diameters of 3.8 and 4.8 mm, produced according to TU 14-1-5572-2008.
