Woven twill mesh

Low-carbon heat-treated and high-alloy steel wire of grades 12X18N9T and 12X18N10T is used for the manufacture of the mesh. Technical requirements are contained in TU 14-4-1563-89 «Low-carbon wire for grids» and in TU 14-4-1571-89 «High-alloy wire».

Purpose

Woven twill nets are widely used in the reinforcement of asbestos products and gaskets in diesel, motor and turbine engineering. The metal mesh provides the necessary rigidity of the gaskets, and the zigzag surface edges of the mesh allow you to securely fix the intermediate layers of the gasket material in a given position, to prevent them from shifting relative to each other. Similar meshes are also used in the chemical industry to filter the melt of plastic (for example, polyethylene and other polymers).

Packaging

The mesh is supplied in rolls consisting of one piece of measured length, weighing no more than 80 kg. The rolls are wrapped with paper and packaging cloth or polymer film.

During transportation, the formation of packages (enlarged cargo spaces) is allowed.
