Purpose

Designed for the manufacture of technical needles and products used in the textile and light industry.

It is made of steel grades I1, I2, I3, I4 (customer’s raw materials). According to the manufacturing accuracy of four groups — 1, 2, 3, 4. According to mechanical properties — classes A, B. According to the type of final processing — annealed (O), calibrated (K).

In agreement with the consumer, it is allowed to produce a wire of the 4th accuracy group with a maximum deviation of no more than −0.020 mm.

For a wire with a diameter of 0.8 mm or less, the elongation test may be replaced by a break with a knot.
