It is produced using wet drawing technology, which ensures perfect surface quality and geometric parameters (a shiny polished surface without external and internal defects: shrinkage shells, liquations, cracks, sunsets, burrs, etc.), which allows for high-quality coating of products made of this wire (galvanic galvanizing and chrome plating, cathodic coating by immersion, powder coating painting). The increased mass of the wire coil allows you to reduce the number of reconfigurations and associated production costs. The surface of the wire is treated with an anti-corrosion coating that does not affect the quality of welding and ensures the safety of products.
