Wire Shot
It is made of high-carbon steel wire.
It has the shape of a cylinder with a height equal to the diameter of its base.
Chopped wire shot has sharp edges, which gives high efficiency when cleaning surfaces with a high degree of rust or removing coatings of large thickness. The accuracy of the geometry and the absence of defects in the internal microstructure of particles takes shot blasting to a new level.
Form
The shot has a cylindrical shape (0.3 – 2.5 mm) with a height equal to the diameter, which gives the best abrasive properties and allows you to get a high speed of shot blasting
The high hardness of the material makes it possible to triple the life of the abrasive in comparison with cast or crushed shot, which significantly reduces the cost of abrasive treatment, reduces dust formation and filtration costs.
