Purpose
For galvanizing with a coating thickness of more than 15 microns with the use of galvanized fasteners in harsh environmental conditions.
Parameters of the nut geometry in accordance with GOST 5915
Characteristics:
1) maintaining thread tolerances of 6H after galvanizing by loosening the thread to the required coating thickness;
2) preserving the mechanical properties of the required strength class on a nut with a weakened thread;
3) cleaning the surface of fasteners from technological lubricants to obtain a high-quality galvanized coating.
