Cold-formed steel profiles of high precision

Cold-formed profiles with a solid cross-section are designed for the manufacture of parts without additional or with minor additional processing. According to the shape and size of the cross-section elements, the profiles are divided into 9 groups of complexity. The tolerance fields of dimensions and profile elements must correspond to the H11 accuracy class. The accuracy of manufacturing a specific profile is determined by the smallest quality of any cross-sectional element. Profiles are made in bars of dimensional and multiple dimensional length from 1 to 7 m, non-dimensional length from 1 to 7 m. Profiles with a cross-sectional area of up to 200 mm2 can be supplied in coils. According to the chemical composition, shaped profiles must comply with the requirements of GOST 1050-88, GOST 4543-71 standards. It is allowed to manufacture shaped profiles from other steel grades according to the corresponding NTD or according to the chemical composition specified in the drawing for this profile. Profiles do not require additional machining (milling, turning).
