Hot-rolled steel shaped profiles

The twisting of the rods around the longitudinal axis should not exceed 3 ° per 1 meter of length. The local curvature should be no more than 3 mm per 1 meter of length.

Profiles are made in bars of non-dimensional length from 2.0 to 7.0 m, measuring length or multiple measuring from 1.5 to 7.0 m.

Delivery is carried out in packs weighing up to 5000 kg.

According to the chemical composition, shaped profiles must meet the requirements of GOST 1050-88, GOST 4543-71. It is allowed to manufacture shaped profiles from other steel grades according to the corresponding NTD or according to the chemical composition specified in the drawing for this profile.

On the surface of the profiles flaws, scaliness, scratches, deep risks and ripples are not allowed. Minor listed defects are allowed if their depth of occurrence on the surface of the profiles does not exceed half the sum of the maximum deviations, counting from the actual size.

Profiles are supplied without control of mechanical properties. According to the agreement of the consumer and the manufacturer, the profiles are supplied with normalization of hardness and mechanical properties.

Additional technical requirements not specified in this technical condition may be agreed upon according to special documentation when developing a drawing for a profile.
