Starting from September 1, 2026, the use of electronic waybills (EWBs) will become mandatory
Starting September 1, 2026, the use of electronic shipping documents, including electronic waybills (hereinafter referred to as “EWBs”), will become mandatory for the road transport of goods. This requirement is based on Law No. 140‑FZ of June 7, 2025.
