Purpose
It is intended for use in automatic contact welding machines in the production of wire products such as: trading equipment, shopping baskets and carts for supermarkets, dish dryers, cable trays, etc.
Benefits
- The surface of the wire is cleaned with ultrasound. This allows to use of wiremore efficient in multipoint contact welding machines. At the same time, the cases of non-welding of individual wires on multielectrode machines are almost completely excluded, which avoids the marriage of the final products. It does not require additional surface degreasing operations to remove the drawing grease before welding and coating. Allows you to carry out powder coating of final products more efficiently. The surface of the wire is treated with an anti-corrosion coating that does not affect the quality of welding and ensures the safety of products.
